Hello and welcome!

I'm Avv. Martina Manfredi, and I believe that law isn't just a set of rules—it's the hidden ingredient that brings your boldest ideas to life. I’m passionate about turning complex legal challenges into solutions that empower you to succeed, and I love showing how law can be as creative and dynamic as the projects it supports.

Born and bred in Milan, I graduated from Bicocca University of Milan two years early, with a thesis on Illegal Immigration at Sea. But law isn’t my only language—I also have a degree in piano performance, which reflects my belief that discipline and creativity go hand in hand. This unique combination has shaped my approach to law, blending structure with a touch of artistry.

I specialize in Labour and Employment Law, and thanks to my musical background, Music Law naturally became a close second. When GDPR entered into force, I branched out into privacy regulations, recognizing their profound impact on employment matters. I’ve also focused on digital and creative professions, helping those in the tech and artistic fields navigate the complex legal landscape. And as a natural extension, I turned my attention to Immigration Law, working with international talent who want to make Italy their new home
